1) When you purchase a mask or masks, it is a final sale! THE MASKS,
PROPS, ECT.. ARE ALL HAND PAINTED AND THERE WILL BE SOME
DIFFERENCES IN THE FINAL PAINT DUE TO THE HAND CRAFTED NATURE.
EACH ITEM IS UNIQUE. THERE ARE NO EXACT DUPLICATES!
2) Health Department regulations: You cannot return underwear, either
(and for much the same reasons).
3) Predatory returns are rampant in this industry, and are not
tolerated. A “predatory return” is one made with the intention of use
and return. An example of a predatory return is someone who buys a
mask, wears it to a party, and returns it for refund.
4) A no returns policy is in effect for almost every established mask
selling site on the Internet. Most of us are small companies and would
take a major loss if people abuse our generosity. Shipping cost are
expensive and shipping twice kills any profit.

My name is John Lovell Owner/ lead designer of Chaotic Creations FX Studio.
As a Child I was always fascinated by monsters and what makes them scary. I had a love for magic and the ability to
alter someones perception of what it is they believe they see. I started doing FX make up applications for individuals for
parties and events in 1994. Then i realized one person can only do so many applications in a single night. So i sent out
to find a pre-made solution and started to design masks as a quick fix. A customer can come in buy one of my creations
and not have to sit in a chair for 3 hours. No substitute for good make up but it was easier on the customer and less
stressful on myself. For a while people would show up the day before Halloween all wanting item made custom. This
forced me to have a selection available to choose from. As the years passed i began to focus on my day jobs and slowly
slipped away from monster and makeup all together. I had always planed to someday run a larger studio where i could
create all the time. In 2007 that is just what happen. Friends of mine purchased a large building and leased me a small
amount of space, due to my loss of my job as a dental tech it was the perfect time to begin to create. We had saved,
and my business plan was approved for a loan. I ordered a large amount of raw material and away we go.
Tool blazing, here are the creations I have design thus far. I hope you like them.
Studio Halloween products, not mass produced papery type masks!!
Better products at competitive prices!
More unique then the stuff at the big Halloween stores!!
New products every year!!
All production made in the USA!!
